One of the biggest adjustments during quarantine is not having to deal with your manager hovering over your desk until you update those notes from your last call. That’s because they’re virtually hovering over you in your apartment where you can’t hide in the bathroom.
But let’s not forget that this quarantine has been hard on them too. On the bright side, most of em have kids that they get to manage at home so I’m sure that’s making it an easier transition.
